Miscolored Lots / Graphical Glitch

Hello all! I hope this is appropriate to post here, I've lurked the forum a bit over the years and feel there's a lot of very experienced simmers here and I'm truly at my wits end with this issue. Any help would be very greatly appreciated.
For reference I am an UC player (using Osab's starter pack). I am using Windows 11, an Intel® Celeron® N5095A @ 2.00GHz 2.00 GHz processor, 16 GB ram (it says 15.8 usable), Intel® UHD Graphics card (128 MB).
Hopefully that was all of the needed pre-information. If anything else would be helpful please let me know.

My lots have been miscolored on the outside, a majority of the grass darker than other patches. I tried installing dreadpirate's MM shader mod, hoping that would help with my issue but no luck, I've also tried lazydutchess' lot lighting mod with no luck as well. I looked through all of my other mods assuming those could be the issue, but I didn't have any other lighting mods, other than lazydutchess' bright CAS fix. I tried taking out all mods anyways with no luck or change. I made a new save file (renamed the original causing a new one to regenerate) and the problem persisted, even with a brand new, clean save. Turning off shadows doesn't fix nor really change anything, boolProp UseShaders false does not change anything, and any changes in general in the graphics settings of the game doesn't change anything. Everything else works completely fine, including the shaders on the insides of lots, my only problem has been the outdoor lot lighting.

I've asked around just about everywhere trying to find a solution, but no dice, so I made an account to post here! I hope this was descriptive enough, if not I will answer anything else needed; I have several save files for the game and this is the first time I've ever encountered this issue, so I'm really hoping for any help here! Screenshots will be attached below, thank you so much Smile

My apologies for posting in the wrong forum, thank you for the correction!

It is not allowing me to attach the config log using the choose file option at the bottom, should I copy the text from the file and paste it here instead?

If you have a NVIDIA card it is recommended to NOT use the dxvk-thingie... you might do better uninstalling it.
Do you have a better card on your system? Intel is usually not the best. Most computers have both an Intel and a dedicated AMD or Nvidia GPU.

I always preach to get the game up and running before adding anything to it.
So, no "shaders" or LazyDuchass-anything... start with just a fresh, vanilla install. Pretend like you are back in 2004, and just starting the game for the first time. Wink

If you have messed around in your ProgramFiles (like, with the dxvk-thing) Then it might be best for you to do a complete re-install. Hopefully you kept a back-up copy of OSAB's starter pack files?
(Now, I know the StarterPack is not completely Vanilla - but it does work right outta the box - so, go with that. I personally prefer the straight Origin UC, but not everyone has access to that.)

We do need to see a copy of your config-log.
If you can't get it to attach properly here, then at least cut-n-paste the first 40-50 lines.
Thanks!
Let's get this game working! Flower
