[split] Sims 2 not compatible...

I'm having this exact same issue after installing Bon Voyage. I've tried all the mentioned above, and it's still not working for me.
This application is not compatible with the installed operating system.
Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better.
I have intel graphics and have done all the above, just found the intel one linked elsewhere on these forums.
Any other suggestions? sorry realize I have windows 8 not 10

I will need your config-log.txt to able to tell you how to fix it.

Information we need

The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
Your operating System.
What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
