The challenge was no CC, which for the likes of me can be quite hard!

There is a treehouse but as it was no cc there is no ladder included, you can get [url= http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?...5]Marvines[/url] from here, or if you want to be a bit more authentic theres a rope ladder from here .

This house is consists of Lounge, Kitchen, Dining, laundry room, half bathroom and study on the first floor. Split Level staircase leads to four bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, one attached to the master bedroom. Also an unfurnished basement.
