Maybe you can do a poll to see how many people would be interested in participating.
To make it a little more interesting you could make it 3 different style luxury apartments.

I would love to join in with this but am trying to participate in the Build a Business contest at MTS. But don't I know whether I can do two at once.

Edit: On reflection, as long as there isn't a deadline I'm up for this Smile
