Double posting - some real issues getting this to work in Sims2.
In short, in TS2 the bit that makes the chair slide under the desk is not in the desks/tables - it is in the chair globals. Therefore, the depth of this desk in TS2 is an issue. I CAN make a version where the desk is offset and then using move objects on and snap to grid false snuffle it all together. It is fiddly though.
