[split] Laggy and low fps in The Sims 2

Uhm.. Would you please help me. I have the normal sims 2 and its packs. I have changed some settings for the fullscreen mode. But my game is running wih 2-3 FPS. The problem is my laptop is not that old and can run TS3 and TS4. Without any problems would you help me with this issue? (I have win 10)

To be able to help you I need to see your game details -

1. The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
2. Your operating System.
3. A text file of your DXDiag

Without them, I can't fix anything.
