Game freezes my computer

Sims 2 Starter Pack
Regularly while playing, my computer will lose sound (I usually have something playing on my other monitor). When I try to click around, the entire computer freezes, and the screen with The Sims 2 goes blue, and I have to force restart my computer. I wanted to check if there's anything in my config log file that could be causing this?

Before you post requesting help
Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
