Used Graphics Rules Maker, Game Won't Run Now

I'm using a Windows 10 laptop, Intel onboard graphics, forget which one. I use autodetect, save, and then try running the game. It shows up for a few seconds in the Resource Monitor, then grays out and disappears. What is going on? Does anyone else have this problem? Is there any other information I need to give?
Edit: My install was the Starter Pack, and I uninstalled it. Might either use the G4TW version or just the one I legally got in 2014 because I tried to repair the install to correct the issue with the graphics file rules. Big mistake because DMCA. At least I have other options. Got a head cold and I'm low on patience at the moment.
Edit 2: Installed Ultimate Collection, edited the graphics rules manually instead of using the program to autodetect. Might've been my problem, but I also have the G4TW version so either way, I'm good to go for now at least. Things can get so frustrating when you have a head cold and it's late and you're in "Can't sleep, bat will eat me" mode.
