Request Please Is This Possible With MyBB?

I recently started using Mybb. I want to know if there's a way to make some threads I want to appear on the front page. Actually there's a forum that does this but I'm not sure it it's a mybb forum.

Here's how it works, the moderators or super moderators go around the various boards/forums, if he notices any good thread, he push the button and the thread title appears on the front page for visitors to easily see them.

Any plugin to achieve that?

In theory yes. You can make a plugin that will get all threads with a certain prefix, and you can make a prefix only selectable by moderators. However, the sort would be on last post, not last chosen.
