Yeah, you need to put Video cards - Nvidia 139b in both folders.
Also - Graphic Rules - NVidia - Texture Fix should be graphic rules.sgr not video cards.sgr. Let me just check the download link.
OK. It looks like there is both a video cards.sgr and a graphic rules.sgr in the graphic rules nvidia texture fix.rar
You need to make sure that the graphic rules one is unzipped first, then the video cards one.
OK - next thing to check - did you have the DVD version on your PC before you installed UC? If so, did you uninstall it first before installing UC?
That can also muck things up.
