Sims 2 UC stucks at changing resolution

I cant change resolution in sims 2 i did everything correct but when i apply the resolution it stucks at loading please help me (my graphic card is geforce gt 745m)

@Greencola7, please supply all the information that is mentioned in the "Before you post requesting help" section below. Without at least your -config-log.txt file attached (see the options in the "full editor"), nobody can help you. Also helpful would be to know which version of The Sims 2 you're playing, and which version of Windows you're using.

The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
Your operating System.
What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
