Sims 2 UC Not Launching

I downloaded a custom camera file and decided I didn't like it so I backed up my game back to normal, then my game stopped launching. It shows up in my task manager for a few seconds then disappears. I uninstalled the game and redownloaded it from Origin, but it's still not launching anymore. I haven't changed anything, I'm trying for a third time to reinstall it. Any ideas?
I have Windows 10. I tried compatibility settings and running as administrator.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
