Barely There Glass Door is actually Quite There On One Side

Well firstly... I thought it was a weird rendering issue when I started.
And second... it is apparently not fixed, but seem to not happen on every lot. It is fixed on some lots, but not others. Oi.
In these cases it seems to be placing only half the door. Typically a door is two tiles, one on each side. It is only placing the door on one side of the wall. I can not imagine what is going on to make that happen!
