im not trying to be impatient, I left a comment and it was removed. I was confused to what happened because I thought this was a help forum.

Hi everyone, Sorry I've been absent. I have to take my wife to PT, four times a week (40mile round trip), and also had to go back to work for a while. I'll catch up as soon as things settle down, and can slip back into retirement.

You did not add the card: Intel® UHD Graphics 605 (just adding my DxDiag.txt file so you can see it's specs and everything as it pertains to HP PCs like mine)
