sims 2 cas wont work

hey.. umm im pretty new to the sims. i started playing around the beginning of this year and downloaded the sims 2 ultimate collection about 3 months ago. ive been trying to enter cas/caf and my game always ends up crashing. i cant load or play as a pre-existing family. I can place families into lots but cant play as them. everything else works fine, i can use body shop and place lots but im just having trouble actually playing. i have the graphics rules maker and 4gb patch. i haven't had an issue with pink flashing either, its just cas constantly crashing. ive been looking for Im using a windows 10 with an intel graphics card. can anyone help?

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
