This is really indispensable for all who like to decorate their sims homes - the list of items it covers is huge - in addition to the basic stuff you would expect it also covers

Curtains
Wall TV
The wallmounted fish from seasons
Deed to business/vacation lot + BV maps (possibly this affects other items as well as it is a semi-global function)
Craftable plate + potholder (the plate only shifts upwards from it's original position)

What is the best about this (I think) is that you can shift curtains up and down.
