Hi,
I've been having the same issue and receiving the same error message. I followed the steps given by celebkiriedhel and I am still receiving the error message of 'This application is not compatible with the installed operating system. Please upgrade to Windows 98SE, Windows 2000 or better.'

I'm operating Windows 10 64 bit, I have The Sims 2 Holiday Edition, University, Nightlife, Open For Business, Family Fun Stuff, Glamour Life Stuff, Pets, Seasons, and Bon Voyage.

Before you post requesting help
Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
