@alexmpasto
Download these cards:
Graphic Rules - Intel
Video Cards.sgr - Intel - 0102
WHERE TO INSTALL FIXES:
In the Program folders:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
Also:
1. Right-click on Sims2EP9.exe in \Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin\ and select troubleshoot compatibility
2. Select Run as administrator.
3. When in the game, maximise smooth edges.
This should resolve any of your non-cc related problems. (It's not clear from your post whether you have CC in your game or not).
