Sims 2 -Create A Sim Crashing.

My operating system was windows 7 and it was upgraded to windows 10 pro.. But, I'm having problems creating a sim now. I need help and have added the config-log-txt file. Please get back to me asap! Thanks. I have 3.89 GB of Ram. Intel ® Core i3-2370 M CPU 2.40 GHz. My screen size is 1366x768. I'm not sure what else ya'll might need to help me, but, just let me know.

@Sunshinegirl8 Sorry for the delay - you don't mention what Sims game you have - UC or DVDs.
Your Graphic Rules needs fixing - Download these cards,
Video Cards.sgr - INTEL - 0116
Graphic Rules - INTEL - Texture Fix
and Install into these folders:
If you have UC:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
If you use the DVDs:
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - <your most current expansion pack>\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - <your most current expansion pack>\TSData\Res\CSConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
That should fix your problem.

-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
