Sims2 the sims 2 all in one flickering

ok so i installed the sims 2 all in one, i was expecting a real fun in this game, but here is the thing every time when i rotate everything starts to flicker, so i just ignored but it was too annoying to ignore, so i tried doing everything i could do and nothing i tried my best to enable smooth edges or whatever its called and none of them even worked, please help me its getting frustrating
