@Ginnie - good news sort of. I installed your lot and the apartment mailbox showed up. I think I don't have all the EPs/SPs you have as some wall and floor paint was missing, and the door to the ground floor apartments bathroom

Great! If it only takes an install, that works. I don't get the ins and outs of using the clean installer, so I have no clue what might or might not have been packaged with it. Ginnie

This house is 3 stories, and each floor is its own self contained place. The top floor is meant for a single female sim.
The second floor is meant for a married couple, while the first is for a couple with children.
The entry leads to the elevator.
There is also an apartment version of the house.

At last I have managed to complete this challenge (in between the Build a Business contest over at MTS). I have tried to keep it looking as much like a factory building as possible so the interior walls remain brick, with some painted. I have tiled the bathrooms and kitchens. Each have a modern look except the top floor - I couldn't stop myself from using some art deco CC that I found
