Leanne - my cat - update
#61 07-03-2015
Just come back from Lort Smith Animal Hospital. It's Squamous Cell Carcinoma in her mouth. It's a particularly aggressive cancer, and it's already too big to remove. Unfortunately because of the location, the only therapy she could have would be radiotherapy which would not get rid of the cancer, just prolong her life without adding to the quality. I've elected to go with the palliative treatment so as long as she can live without pain, she will and when it gets too much for her, I will be with her when she dies so she is surrounded by love. Thankyou for your continued love and support, your prayers and healing thoughts. Please keep Leanne in your thoughts that her remaining time will be as pain-free as we are able to make it.
