@danibananiboo : There is only one person - @celebkiriedhel - in this thread who is reasonably capable of helping, and she recently suffered a great loss, which currently often distracts her from her efforts to help. On top of all that, Windows 10 *is* a rather new OS, and a lot is not yet known about it.
So please be patient. When Kiri or anyone else finds time, energy AND the right information to assist you, you can be certain they'll let you know.

I sincerely apologize, I did not mean to make it seem like I was being pushy, I was worried that maybe I had attached the wrong file or it wasn't what was needed and wanted to see if maybe there was something else I needed to include. I am well aware that Windows 10 is a new OS, I was just wanting to make sure I had provided everything needed to make it easier to assist if it was possible. I understand it takes time and energy.

I had to update folders outside the Ultimate Collection. Not sure if it was AL or Fun with Pets, but it finally worked. I had those games before UC and the game runs from UC. Still not sure why it was pulling the graphics rules outside UC though. Thanks again.
EDIT: Thank you for checking into that attachment error. I really thought it was something I was doing.

thanks Laurel. Glad you found the folder.
@leefish @BoilingOil
The textfile coming up in a separate tab is always the way it goes. So I'd say that works.

Thanks for the input guys. I will look into what I can do to compact/clean my game.
I've attached my config log too in case you can take a look at any potential issue there.

@TofuSnorlax Your config-log is good. so it's not your graphic card that is causing you problems. You do need to compact/clean your game. That is probably what the problem is. You can test that by seeing if the same problem occurs in a vanilla game (i.e. a game that has nothing but what was shipped with it.
Before you post requesting help
