The apartment building was designed with the young professional in mind and benefits from six fully furnished and decorated, modern apartments. Four of the apartments contain one double bedroom with an open plan living/kitchen area and two of the apartments are designed for sharers, benefiting from two double bedrooms (The penthouse apartment has its own private rooftop terrace!). It also boasts a gym, bar, games and computer rooms and a roof top terrace.

I really love the look of the apartment building, but then realized I don't have all the SPs, so I don't know if it will work properly. But I'll give it a try.

Glad you like them but I'm afraid if you don't have all the SPs and EPs it probably won't work, sorry.

I have all the EPs but only 2 SPs. I've had some success with lots that have been built with all SPs, but I imagine it depends on what exactly was used. For example, a furnishing can be substituted but an build object probably can't.
Oddly enough, I was at MTS the other day searching for some lots and yours came up in the list. I wondered why I hadn't seen them before and then discovered it's because I wasn't logged in. Once I logged in, yours were filtered out.
