I don't see anything wrong with that, mine looks the same except the numbers are slightly different.

ok, so this one works (except for setquartertileplacement, which i think won't work in userstartup like this since it needs to be triggered with ctrl + f) with the testhood thingy (http://www.simthing.net/tutorials/tuts2test.htm) i did:

boolProp allow45DegreeAngleOfRotation true
boolprop ControlPets on
boolprop PetActionCancel true
intprop maxnumofvisitingsims 10
uintProp maxTotalSims 50
uintProp maxTotalHumans 35
uintProp maxTotalPets 15
setQuarterTilePlacement on

the quarter tile cheat works in my user startup.

As an alias or as an always-on-cheat?

as an alias, the only one i have set as always on is the 45 degree angle one.

Yeah I don't think quartertile works as an always-on thing. I tried it when M&G first came out. You can set an alias for the cheat part of it, but you still have to enter the cheat or your alias, then press ctrl-f.
