Hi any news for me (iMac and VMware Fushion user)? I did try to use the new GRAPHICS RULES MAKER and tried some different options, but nothing worked. I now have my red flashing walls and purple flashing neighborhood back.

Well for me that was the whole problem, it did add the graphic card to the database and the game runs now on hardware rendering instead of software.

@celebkiriedhel
I've been testing, haven't had any issues thus far {THANK YOU!!!!!!}. No I haven't done anything with smooth edges, I'll check it out next time I'm in game and see what happens.

Sorry folks, I've been taking a bit of a break the last couple of days and playing my game.
@Renomi can you give me your -config-log.txt from the logs folder from your game - you will need to click the 'FULL EDITOR' button below, and attach it (there's a button in the Left-hand corner for it).
@aravind Hi Aravind - have you tried the Graphic Rules maker yet? Your PC doesn't have great CPU or graphics card - so it's going to be struggling with this game. I'll see if I can set up a graphics card for you to make it better, but there's no promises that I can make it work.
@LordAlejandro I need the -config-log.txt not the read-me. Unfortunately almost everything in the read-me is special characters and I can't understand any of it. Have you tried the Graphic Rules Maker first?
@Vel!x - I think you'll need to contact EA for this one - it's gone a bit beyond what we can fix.
@eman72 Sorry for the delay. You have a pm with links. Please let me know how you get on with the card.
@MissSentinelli Sorry for the delay. Although your card, and machine have high values - you don't have a card that is actually catered for. It's a Microsoft Vendor, and EA have only done stuff for Radeon, NVidia, and INTEL.
So what I've done is create a graphic rules and video card so that it IS catered for.
Now. The thing you need to understand is that this won't necessarily work first time. I've put some trace in it, to see what is happening and I will need to see the config-log.txt after you've put it into your game, regardless of whether it works or not.
It is tailored to your specific card and vendor - and I hope I've done it right. So it is completely useless to anyone else - and once you let me know that you have downloaded it, I will remove the link to stop others from downloading it.

Fabulous!!! So glad to hear that Eman!
Kimberly -
OK - Can we start with the following - pop this in your config folder with the Graphic Rules.
Download Videocard
Run your game, and have it crash.
In the logs folder - you should have the -config-log.txt (please attach that)
You should also have an exception error .txt the .mdmp I can't read, it needs a special program that I don't have.
