Mesh 3 tile modern sofa

I've finally had some time to test this. At first, it crashed my game, so I did some investigating. It looks like you need to make a pets and a non-pets version. More information in the last paragraph of Lunie's tutorial on making items base-game compatible. I changed the TTAB value and that did the trick
