Statistics show that young male drivers are actually the most likely to have an accident when driving. So the older he is the better.

REALLY!?! Soo... that blows a big hole in the women-driver prejudice, right?

Damn right - in fact women drivers often get a better insurance premium. They tend to do daft things that cause small damage only to their own car (lampposts anyone?) whereas young guys tend to have bigger accidents, which cost the insurance more money.
