Sims 2 CAS crashing

I have pretty much the same problem as everyone else. I can get to the CAS but it crashes on me. I have windows 10 samsung. I don't know the details of my laptop sorry. Please help me?

Video Cards.sgr - INTEL - 0106
You don't mention whether you are using UC or the DVDs...
If you have UC -
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
If you have DVDs
In the Program folders:
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Garden\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\EA\The Sims 2 - Mansion and Garden\TSData\Res\CSConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
Note - CAS and Bodyshop take their configuration from CSConfig folder so you MUST install them into that folder.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
