Hi,

I've been lurking these threads and stickies for a while now, and tried a set of Intel graphics/video rules, but I suppose they may not be the correct ones for my laptop. I'm on a Dell Inspiron N7110 which had no trouble running the Sims 2 UC on the Windows 7 it came with, but since it upgraded to Windows 10, I've had nothing but crashes (it runs fine until a system window pops up informing me that it stopped working). I was considering doing a factory reset to hopefully get Windows 7 back, but since this is really my only issue, I'd like to try everything to solve this, first.

I've tried reinstallation and the removal of all CC, with no improvement.

I've tried using the Graphics Rules Maker, to no apparent success.

Included are the details of dxiag, and the config log of my Sims game.

Thanks!
