The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection Crashing in CAS on Windows 10

2. I have a dell computer running on windows 10.
3. I downloaded The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection last night from the internet and I was able to launch the game. Everything was fine until I went into CAS to make a new family and the game just crashes. I tried launching the game again but once I opened CAS it crashed again. I tried looking for solutions but they all seem pretty complicated to me since I barely know anything about computers and I just need someone to help me solve the problem step by step so I don't accidentally mess up my computer.

1. Download these cards:
Graphic Rules - INTEL
Video Cards.sgr - INTEL - 0102
2. WHERE TO INSTALL FIXES:
In the Program folders:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
3. Go to
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin\
Right Click Select Sims2EP9.exe for the right-click menu.
Select Troubleshoot compatibility.
It will set up the right compatibility for you.
4. Go to
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSBin\
Right Click Select Sims2EP9.exe for the right-click menu.
Select Run as Admin.
Your problems should be fixed.

Sorry that I haven't replied in a while. I have Simcity, Simcity 2000 SE, Sims 3, and Sims 4 folders.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
