Having Issue playing Sims 2 on windows 10

I have download the SGR files and put them in the game directory, have it set on administrator and compatibility mode of windows 8. With no luck, i have attached my config log file maybe we could get this to work. I am Running windows 10 64 bit home, error i get is the this application has crashed and will not terminate.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
