Hi guys, I am absolutely useless with any tech vocabulary, but I will try my best and I will follow instructions!
Basically after my Sims 2 (disks) wouldn't work with my windows 10 computer, I contacted EA who gave me a downloadable version - Sims 2 Ultimate Collection.
With the disk I only used to get as far as CAS and it would crash.
With the Origin version I got a little further... It crashed when loading the family lot after CAS.
Here is my log:
DESKTOP-U86D9EL-config-log.txt (Size: 9.59 KB / Downloads: 382)
I'm talking baby steps here..
Sorry! And thanks in advance for any help.
Chloe
DxDiag.txt (Size: 63.53 KB / Downloads: 470)
Also here's a DxDiag if needed!

@chloay
You need to download these cards:
Graphic Rules - INTEL
Video Cards.sgr - INTEL - 0102
WHERE TO INSTALL FIXES:
In the Program folders:
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\Config\
\Program Files (x86)\Origin Games\Fun with Pets\SP9\TSData\Res\CsConfig\
MUST BE INSTALLED IN BOTH FOLDERS
That should fix your problem.
