Sims 2 wont run

Hi, I have a new system and Sims 2 Ultimate Collection won't run. I tried a fix by adding the card to my video config but it still isn't loading. My card is NVIDIA 1070. Attached is an image of the error and my log.

That error typically means that your graphics card is lacking compatibility. Have you installed the Graphics Rules to both folders? Config and CSConfig?

Yes, I have. It works in windowed mode only it seems
