Hi @leefish and @BoilingOil,
I have installed 2 files that you sent me. I have tested the game and the game worked in 30 mins, I guess. And it crashed again.

Did you install the Ultimate Collection onto a computer where you already had some sims games installed? If so, you will have to uninstall every bit of sims2 from your computer and install the UC again.

Hi @Needhelppp, may I ask what you did with the downloaded files? Have you unpacked them before putting them in the correct folders? Because in the current config-log, I do not see any change resulting from a new "Video Cards.sgr". The video card is still not recognized as being in the database.

- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
