TS2 Directx 9.0c Error

hey! I'm not really sure how to explain all of this 100%. I had been playing TS2 for a few months. I had graphics issues and fixed a few but was able to continue playing. Out of nowhere I got the directx 9.0c error and am unable to open the game anymore to fix any of the other problems. I own a legal copy of the Sims 2 Ultimate Collection, so I should definitely have all of the files. I have Windows 10 with Intel Core i5 (7th gen). I also have a Radeon graphics card, but ts2 used to just run on Intel. I have attached the config log.

I've tried to fix this myself, but I don't think it's possible. Thank you if you're able to help! I love playing, it's just a little difficult to try to figure it all out on my own.

UPDATE: I still have not been able to fix this issue.

Information we need

  1. The -config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file.
  2. Your operating System.
  3. What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
