Hi there.
I switched from a GTX 1060 to a AMD RX 5600 XT and now Sims 2 won't start up anymore.
It simply says that the program crashed and will now terminate.

What I tried:
Added the graphic card to the video cards database (like I did with my nvidia card back then) and even tried to edit the resolution with the graphic rules maker.
I also added the 2gb patch but that changed like nothing.

Anything else I missed? I'm really at loss.

Full setup is:
AMD Ryzen 5 3600x
AMD RX 5600XT

TIA!

Thread can be marked as solved.
I followed this tutorial and got it working.

We don't mark threads as solved. Normally, we allow the original poster to do that themselves. They click the "Full Edit" button at the bottom of the top post, and write "[SOLVED]" at the start of the "thread title" box. Smile
