Directx 9 Error

Hi, I'm trying to play TS2 Ultimate Collection but i keep getting the directx 9 error when trying to open it. I've tried graphics rule maker, trying to put it in window mode,and other things i tried following a post from on here but when i go to my <computername>-config-log.txt in logs theres no graphics device info.
Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-core 3793 Mhz
O.S: Windows 10 Pro

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
