Hi, welcome to Leefish.
When you have any kind of problems, we advise to post your questions et cetera in the Sims2 Graphics Cards section.
That section is set up so you can attach config-log and DxDiag.txt files to your posts. Those are also the only files most of us know what to even do with. Hardly anyone here knows how to read an exception log, so very few of us, if any, can help you based on such files.
In this instance, I will help out by moving the thread for you, so you don't have to worry ab out it. But we would still ike to see the config-log and the DxDiag.txt, if at all possible. Thanks.

Before you post requesting help
Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
