As far as I am concerned there's only 2 ways to eat eggs, an omelette or cremated.

Yep! 2 eggs, capsicum, cherry tomatoes, mushroom & cheese.
Tip when cooking an omelette, cook in a non-stick pan but don't flip it, when it's cooked on the bottom put the pan under the grill and cook the top. WARNING make sure the handle of the pan is sticking out and doesn't get hot.

I love boiled eggs with runny yolk on a toasted English muffin. I love the way the yolk runs into the little wells and crevices that English muffins that we have in America have.
