Hello there.
I have been having a lot of problems with my Sims 2.
Ever since I changed to Windows 11 and my computer the situation has gotten worse. The game barely works now and it crashes all the time.
But every fix I try to do either breaks the game even more or simply does not work...
I tried the 4GB patch and after that the game refuses to run, if I don't set on Origin the following commands "-w -screen-width 1920 -screen-height 1080" the game will not run and give me a Direcxt 9.0 error.
I am seriously going crazy with this game, I don't know what to do anymore, but having these constant crashes is really annoying too... Can someone please help me?
Specs:
Laptop: LENOVO Legion 5 15ACH6H

GPU: NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 Laptop GPU
