Fresh Install, Attempted Fixes, Crashes on Start

Hi all, I just got The Sims 2 Ultimate Collection and have attempted to simply run it without any mods or CC at all. It crashes on start up and according to the exception it is an Access_Violation. I have tried many of the fixes suggested here, including the graphic rules and .SGR file replacements, but I get the same Error each time. I have an RTX 2060 GPU, and an Intel 11th Gen I5-11600KF at 3.9 GHz. I have 62 gigs of ram installed. The game has not fully opened once, Below I have attached the config and exception error file.

If you ran the GRM and 4Gb fix - it didn't take. Try it again.
Do the GRM first. Run it as administrator. Use the suggested/auto settings. Have it add your card to the database...
THEN do the 4Gb fix.
What version of the game are you using? I highly recommend Osab's Starter Pack - it is basically the free UC that Origin gave out many years ago.
Osab also fully supports this version on their Discord channel.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
