Sims Don't Ask For Help

Hey, I don't know if this request has been requested yet or even if it's be made already so I decided to post this request. I would like to request a mod that stops the sim going in circles waiting for help on a business lot just to find out that the business is too busy to help them at the moment. In other words I would like to request a mod that stops the can I help you all together, meaning that the sim will never go around and circles and get mad if there not helped.
