About Businesses

I have never got this far in my game, so I do not know the answer yet.

If your sim owns a business, with employees, and sells it, will the next sim to buy the business still have the employees working there, or are they "Laid Off".

Huh, you know I've owned business forever but have never sold the business. I did transfer the business to the owner's son and the same people worked there. Selling might be different though as I think the business reverts back to a community lot status and functions as such before it is rebought by another family. Again I'm not totally 100% sure on this but I am mighty intrigued.
