Sims 2 Windows 10 Screen Flashes

Hi. I have the issue where when moving the screen around, the buildings and furniture and such flashes in and out of sight. Sometimes it's just some of it, sometimes it I can see the desert stretching on behind the house. It is particularly bad in build/buy modes. I also do not have the option for smooth edging as it is completely grayed out. I've attached the config file below. I tried to update the video card.srg but it did not help in the least. According the directions I found, I did it correctly as it's not saying it can't find my card now. Please help!

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
