Sims 2 has stopped working

Hello! I don't know if the problem that I'm going to tell you has been already solved. I explain you the problem:
I run Sims 2 (without downloads) and when I'm going to create a sim, it pop up: "the sims 2 has stopped working and it's going to be closed" (I'm not sure the real message in English, because I play in Spanish version).
Can you help me to solve this issue, please?
My Windows version is 10. All software is running on a HP Pavilion.

Before you post requesting help
Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
