Graphics Flickering

Hi, I have a problem where the graphics in my game flicker and glitch out whenever I move the camera or build a wall in my game. This seems to be a common problem, and while I've attempted almost every solution I could find none of them seem to solve the issue.
The game runs fine otherwise, but the flickering is really annoying. I know I've had this exact issue before on a different computer but I can't remember how I fixed it.
I have the Ultimate Collection version of the game and I'm running it in Windows 10.
I've tried using this guide, but problem persisted even after following the instructions.
Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks~

Have you considered reading the "Before you post requesting help" section and following the instructions therein? We cannot help you if you don;t provide the information that is asked for.

Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
