Weird Pixelated Eyes

Hey all! First time poster, decade long lurker here 
anyone know why my sims might be getting these missing pixels in their eyes from some angles? It almost looks like the eyelash part of the eye is transparent. It could be a smooth edges not working very well while maxed problem as other textures seem more jaggity than I remember them being. Attached some photos (with an w/o CC) and my GraphicsRules.srg. I am also on Windows 11!

Before you post requesting help
Information we need
- The
-config-log.txt from the Logs folder in the My Documents\EA\The Sims2\ Click "full editor" below to attach a text file. - Your operating System.
- What the problem actually is - that will be a picture to show the problem (optional), and accompanying text files that turn up (optional), and a detailed description of what happened, and what you expected to happen.
